24-Hour Accident Plan - Our most popular benefit
Coordinated Benefit Accident Plans available at $2,500, $5,000, $7,500 and $10,000 benefit levels. These are great as add-ons to higher deductible health plans, or as a stand-alone benefit
Critical Illness Plan - Affordable critical illness coverage
For only $24.95 per month for an individual or $44.95 per month for a couple, your clients can have protection against loss due to a catastrophic critical illness.
Accidental Disability Insurance -
The A-Plus Health Benefits Accidental Disability Insurance provides up $250 per week for up to 52 weeks for disability due to an accident.
